WHO AM I?
Hi, I am Karen Cowling, a single lady, living in Hertfordshire UK. I have one daughter and new granddaughter. I have been exceptionally lucky and lived in 5 countries in Europe and the Middle East where I have learnt about many different cultures. My past success and background is in senior sales management, in a variety of commodities and markets, but essentially, I am a "Peoples Person".
WHY AM I HERE?
I found myself in a job , where the hours were getting longer and longer , the miles travelled further and further but with no real increase in my renumeration. I had no life, no time, it was not the lifestyle I wanted at this stage in my life, something had to give . They say don’t worry about things you cant change . Well the nature of the job was unchangeable, the hours and monies unchangeable, so really that left only me !!
I have always been a strong supporter of personal growth, so for me it was the obvious choice.
I wanted a better life and something (not lack of hard work) was preventing me from achieving this. So I made a list of what I wanted. Something that would give me flexibility, something that would allow me to be with family, that would afford me the versatility to be anywhere at any time, and where I could still work (if only for a couple of hours a day). I needed an income with considerable potential to achieve this.
WHAT AM I DOING TO SOLVE THINGS
Well I sat and examined my options. Owning my own business was the best answer. I looked around at several opportunities, but none were as unique as this. None offered the support and help that as a new business owner I was going to need. It was massively reassuring. Ultimately, we all have the same goal, but knowing we are not alone in achieving it, gave me the confidence to take the first steps.

SO WHERE AM I NOW ?
Not alone, stressing, unhappy or unfulfilled, but in a much better place. There are literally hundreds of people who you can chat with online . There is direct support on a one to one basis. The exceptional part of this business for me is not only do you help others improve their lives, but you also improve yours. It can take away financial stress and replaces it with friendships, and if you are consistent, the rewards are high.
My life, my happiness and my mental wellbeing have improved so much, I feel as though I am going from strength to strength. Its an ongoing work in progress!
